I seek to provide genuine and compassionate care for healing, growth, and empowerment by connecting mind, body, and soul with past and present for a more fulfilling future.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing Individual, Couples, and Family therapy to adolescents and adults in Rhode Island. Therapy can and should be an enriching place to safely begin the process of healing and growth. Therapy requires dedication and a willingness to touch both dark and light areas of your life, and it is my goal to help you move through both worlds safely and supportively. While we cannot predict our future, we can be present in the journey.

My practice relies on an eclectic approach combining a strengths-based perspective, with psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches, and experiential styles. I work solely from a place of empathy, non-judgment, and support. I believe psychotherapy can be healing, enriching, and rewarding. My goal is to help clients feel empowered by their work in therapy, obtain personal growth, awareness, and fulfillment, and ultimately lead a more balanced, peaceful, and rewarding life however that may look to each person.
